2 Pints Sweetened MimicCreme
4 apples of your choosing (use your favorite pie varieties)
1-2 Tbs cane sugar (or raw sugar or agave nectar)
1 tsp apple pie spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice)
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
Wash apples then peel, core and chop them into small chunks. Place in medium-size bowl. Add spices, lemon juice and sugar. Blend well. Let macerate for 1-2 hours. After macerating, strain off juices. Blend the juices into one quart Sweetened MimicCreme. Place in hopper of ice cream machine and process. Add apple chunks and any new juices from bowl into hopper just before completion of process.
