Basic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

1-1/2 Tbs Butter or butter substitute

1 1/2 Tbs flour

1-1/2 cups Unsweetened MimicCreme

Salt and freshly ground Pepper to taste

In a small saucepan melt butter over medium low heat. Add flour and stir until completely blended. Slowly add MimicCreme, a little at a time, while stirring. Simmer over low heat to desired thickness. Season to taste and serve over favorite vegetables.
